THE VINEYARDS
The domaine consists today of 55 hectares, about 30 in the Cotes du Rhone and 25 IGP.
75% situated in the commune of Cornillon and the rest in Goudargues and Saint Laurent de Carnols. Thus they are close to Cornillion within a radius of less than 8 Kms.
Our vines cover south facing slopes and benefit from a varied terroir (soil) which adds an aromatic complexity to our wines.
Benefiting from it's proximity to the Rhone, the mistral reduces the humidity and thus avoids the development of maladies of the vines.
The vineyards comprise different cepages (grape varieties) adding complexity to different wines.
Cotes du Rhone blanc:  Grenache blanc, Clairette blanche, Bourboulenc
Cotes du Rhone rouge:   Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault
I G P blanc:                     Chardonnay, Viognier, Muscat petit grain
I G P rouge:                     as Cotes du Rhone plus Merlot, Petit verdot
