VARIETY: 100% GRENACHE GRIS
VINIFICATION
Grapes are pressed after maceration and before fermentation to obtain a very pale colour. Fermentation follows at low temperature to release the specific aromas of the Grenache Gris.
TASTING
This variety give a very pale salmon pink colour to the wine with delicate aromas of pear, apricot and citrus fruits which give a very pleasant freshness for summer drinking.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 12 - 14 C
It can be drunk as an aperitif or to accompany entrees ( salads, charcuterie) and also seafood.
