LA PARRAN
VARIETIES: GRENACHE, SYRAH
VINIFICATION
Traditional method, selected grapes macerated for 3 to 4 weeks fermented at around 28 C in order to extract the aromas and tannins.
The wine evolves in tank during 1 to 2 years in our cellars before bottling.
TASTING
This wine has a brilliant dark red colour, a rich bouquet of red fruits (black currants, cherries, strawberries), violets and spices. You will appreciate it's roundness, soft tannins and hints of spice and black olive.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
This wine will accompany beef dishes, lamb, game and cheese.

LE PIONNIER - Formerly LES VIGNASSES
VARIETIES: GRENACHE, SYRAH, CARIGNAN, CINSAULT
VINIFICATION
Traditional method, maceration for only 2 to 3 weeks for suppleness. Fermentation at 28 C to extract maximum aromas and tannins.
The wine evolves in tank during 1 year before bottling.
TASTING
This red wine with it's dark red colour, a generous bouquet of red fruits (black currents, cherries, myrtle) and spices will delight you with it's smooth, round flavour.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
This wine accompanies grilled and roasted meats (pork, chicken, veal).
During summer it can be drunk chilled to 12 C with meals.

L'ESPES
VARIETIES: SYRAH, GRENACHE
VINIFICATION
Traditional method. Selected grapes from our L'Espes vineyard are macerated for a minimum of 4 weeks and fermented at approximately 28 C to extract the best flavours and important tannins.
The wine matures in tank for between 1 and 2 years before bottling.
TASTING
This wine has a deep red purplish colour and an intense bouquet of red and black fruits (blackcurrants and blackberries).
In the mouth it is generous, full bodied and has well balanced spice and tannins.
This wine was first produced in 1988 and demonstrates well the quality of our Domaine.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
This wine accompanies meat cooked in sauces, game and cheese.

LA CLEDE
VARIETY: SYRAH
VINIFICATION
Traditional method with the grapes coming from old vines grown on some of our best exposed vineyards. A minimum of 4 weeks maceration. Fermentation takes place at 28 C to obtain the best aromas and tannins.
The wine matures in oak barrels during 12 months prior to bottling.
TASTING
This wine with it's strong red colour, it's delicately wooded nose blending hints of vanilla and smoke, will delight the palate. Strong hints of fruit, licorice and tannins soften by oak, express the richness and character and terroir.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
This wine accompanies dishes in sauce and game.
