      IGN PAYS D'OC ROUGE

      MERLOT

       

      VARIETY:  100% MERLOT

       

      VINIFICATION

      Traditional method. Maceration lasts 3 to 4 weeks. Fermentation takes place at 28 C to extract maximum aromas and tannins.

       

      TASTING

      This wine with it's deep garnet colour, it's generous bouquet and aromas of red fruits and the garrigue, is well balanced with structured tannins.

       

      ACCOMPANIMENT

      Serve at 16 C

      This wine will accompany grilled dishes as well as red meats in sauce, game and cheeses.

      IGD PAYS D'OC ROUGE

      LE PETIT  VERDOT

       

      VARIETY:  100% PETIT VERDOT

       

      VINIFICATION

      Traditional method. Maceration lasts 3 to 4 weeks during which time fermentation takes place at 28 C to extract the aromas and tannins.

       

      TASTING

      This red wine has a lively dark colour. It's aromas of fruit and spice and silky tannins gives a very agreeable flavour.

       

      ACCOMPANIMENT

      Serve at 16 C

      Red meats and game go well with this wine.
