VINIFICATION
Traditional method. Maceration lasts 3 to 4 weeks during which time fermentation takes place at 28 C to extract the aromas and tannins.
TASTING
This red wine has a lively dark colour. It's aromas of fruit and spice and silky tannins gives a very agreeable flavour.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
Red meats and game go well with this wine.
