VARIETIES: GRENACHE, SYRAH
VINIFICATION
Traditional method, selected grapes macerated for 3 to 4 weeks fermented at around 28 C in order to extract the aromas and tannins.
The wine evolves in tank during 1 to 2 years in our cellars before bottling.
TASTING
This wine has a brilliant dark red colour, a rich bouquet of red fruits (black currants, cherries, strawberries), violets and spices. You will appreciate it's roundness, soft tannins and hints of spice and black olive.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16 C
This wine will accompany beef dishes, lamb, game and cheese.
