VARIETIES: GRENACHE, CLAIRETTE, BOURBOULENC
Results from direct pressing followed by a fermentation a low temperature which releases the aromas of each grape variety (cepage).
This white wine has a fresh quality and is well rounded with floral hints of white fruits (apple and peach).
Serve at 12 -14 C
This wine goes well with all types of fish including shellfish and would also accompany a selection of cheeses.
